Bardzo, bardzo dobry pobyt. Porządne pokoje, czysto, pełna profeska. Dobre wifi. Fajna strefa wellness, basen w środku i na zewnątrz, kameralna siłownia - mala, ale idzie się spocić:) No i co najważniejsze przepyszne jedzenia. Jedzenie totalne 12 na 10. Duży wybór, ale też świetny smak. Wieczór w barku, jakieś drobne występy muzyczne. Przy zlej pogodzie można spędzić czas w hotelu bez wychodzenia. One minus – bathrobes are actually good for larger dimensions. We were at the end of May with our son. The hotel is very friendly to families with children. There was even a small bathrobe waiting for us. When we forgot Kaśka's bike ride, we got it at the reception without any problems. Very good SPA, clean hotel, nicely run with good food. You can spend time outside (playground, swimming pool) as well as inside. A bit too small a gym for people doing sports, an indoor playroom for children is nicely equipped, but also a bit small for such a large hotel. Overall a plus and we will be happy to come back!

Byliśmy na koniec maja z synkiem. Hotel bardzo przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi. Czekał na nas nawet mały szlafroczek dla młodego. Kiedy zapomnieliśmy Kaśki rowerowego, bez problemu dostaliśmy go na recepcji. Bardzo dobre SPA, hotel czysty, ładnie rządzony z dobrym jedzeniem. Można spędzić czas na zewnątrz (plac zabaw, basen) , jak i w środku. Trochę za mała siłownia dla osób uprawiających sport, wewnętrzny pokoik zabaw dla dzieci fajnie wyposażony ale na tak duży hotel też trochę mały. Ogólnie na plus i chętnie wrócimy !

The downside for us was that there were no special attractions for children. A 7-year-old child and the playroom at the hotel's disposal was not very interesting, and classes with animators are only on weekends. If we were without a child, I wouldn't have found any major disadvantages

If it was a four-star hotel, it would be the best four-star hotel in Poland, especially at this price, and it would deserve publicity as a setter of the highest standards in the class. However, in the range of five-star hotels, it does not stand out with anything except super attractive prices, but here it is clearly indicated that it is still a proper, good quality hotel. In my opinion - if you are looking for quality at the Polish seaside - hit it like smoke - more for this money in the world you will hardly get more. I recommend May and early June.

Wszystko super- jedzenie smaczne, pokoje czyste, nowe , schludne i przestronne, obsługa miła i uczynna. Ceny- bardzo przysyepne pomimo 5 gwiazdek. Do niczego nie da się przyczepić. Gdyby to był czterogwiazdkowy hotel to byłby najlepszym czterogwiazdkowym hotelem w Polsce, zwłaszcza w tej cenie i zasługiwałby na rozgłos jako wyznaczyciel najwyższych standardów w klasie. Jednak w gamie pięciogwiazdkowców nie wyróżnia się niczym oprócz super atrakcyjnych cen ale tu wyraźniezaznaczając żejest to dalej prawilny, dobrej jakości hotel. Wg mnie - jak szukasz jakości nad polskim morzem- wal jak w dym- więcej za te pieniądze na świecie już mało gdzie dostaniesz więcej. Polecam maj i początek czerwca.

For one night there was no dinner - don't know how that was possible, but we found a good alternative. The room was pretty okey, spacious and with a nice balcony. The only problem was that the bed was really, really hard and the pillows were mush. It was pretty difficult to sleep well. Breakfast was amazing, lot of variety and every morning was something different. The hotel was full of families with small children and the breakfasts were unfortunately very loud. Some kids were sick and just was not the nicest. Dinner buffet was okey. The cakes were not good. For childfree people I would not recommend. The hotel had very nice plants.

I believe that the above-mentioned comments are justified, because there are no changes on your website that there will be no meals for sick people and those on diets. Decide for yourself whether it is worth improving the quality of comments or leaving it that way. For me, it's a bit too little.

Jak na hotel 5* brak posiłków dla osób chorych, co stosują dietę i dla cukrzyków. Brak czystej oliwy, gdzie można by było przygotować samemu sałatkę bez dodatku cukru, octu, pieprzu itd. Brak wędlin z indyka i barak mięsa białego gotowanego dla dietetyków. Brak pieczywa typowo żytniego. Rosół który serwowano strasznie sztuczny, żadnej esencji zapachowej, jedynie sól i maga . Mnie po tym rosole bolał żołądek, strach dzieciom podawać i osobom chorym. Kawa słabej jakości. Jak na hotel 5 *, powinna być lepsza. Atrakcje wszystkie na dworze też mnie nie zadowoliły. Trzeba zawsze coś mieć pod ręką do okrycia się , czy słońca. Dla dzieci mała bawialnia wewnątrz, natomiast na dworze atrakcji sporo, ale czy każda mama chce ubierać dzieci w kurtki itd. Hol -recepcja mała -nic się nie dzieje. Kawiarnia wąska, nie przyciąga uwagi jest między windami, wyjściem do ogrodu a przejściem do restauracji z posiłkami. Personel bardzo miły. Wymienione w/w uwagi uważam, że są uzasadnione, bo na Państwa stronie nie ma żadnych zmianek, że nie będzie posiłków dla osób chorych i będących na dietach. Sami zdecydujcie czy warto poprawić jakość do uwag, czy tak pozostawić. Dla mnie trochę za mało.
