1. What are the exact dates and minimum length of stay?
The package is valid from 23 to 26 December 2025, minimum 2 nights.
2. How much does the package cost?
We use a dynamic pricing model. Current price: from PLN 740/person/night. Check availability and final price in the booking system or call us.
3. What does Christmas Eve dinner include?
A festive dinner accompanied by live Christmas carols in one of two sittings (4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. or 7:15 p.m.–10:00 p.m.).
4. Will Santa Claus be there?
Yes, on 24 December, Santa Claus will visit the hotel lobby and give children surprise gifts.
5. Are the swimming pools and saunas open during Christmas?
Yes. On 25 December, the swimming pool will be open until 11:00 p.m. (adults only from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). The saunas will operate according to the Christmas schedule.
6. Are there any activities for children?
Yes, included in the package price – Christmas workshops and games. We publish the schedule on an ongoing basis.
7. Do you accept pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly – please let us know when booking. The cost of your pet's stay is PLN 70 per night. Your pet will also receive a gift! Before arrival, please read the rules for staying with your pet.
8. Are there any dietary options (vegetarian, gluten-free)?
Yes – please let us know your preferences before arrival.
9. What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00. Dinner and Christmas Eve dinner are served in two shifts; the shift is selected at the time of booking (the same dinner shift for the entire stay).
10. Can I extend my stay until New Year's Eve?

Important information
The hotel offers parking spaces in an outdoor area owned by the property. Using the parking space is subject to an additional fee as part of the purchased offer.
Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep with their parents. As part of their stay, they receive towels and food included in the package purchased by Parents. If a child under 3 years of age is to sleep separately on an extra bed with bedding, the hotel charges a fee for an extra bed for children aged 4-12. You can also order a travel bed to your room. This service is charged extra.
