Albero Restaurant offers simple Italian tried-and-true dishes: pizza, pasta, salads, meat and fish dishes, and dishes for children. Complementing the offer are classic desserts and fine wines. Selecting the ingredients and the menu is overseen by chef Giancarlo Russo, a native Italian who has fallen in love with Poland and is promoting Italian culinary customs in our country. This time he arrived at the coast to create Polish-Italian flavor compositions combined with Baltic fish dishes.
